Hello everyone!
Workshop leaders Joanna and Celine (from Taipei) invite you to a cultural activity that focuses on dialogue with your own body.
The activity will begin with an introduction to the Yin-Yang and Five Elements concepts in English.
We will then learn some related Chinese characters and how to recognize and write them using calligraphy.
Following this, we will do an interesting Qi Gong exercise—the famous “Five Animal Movement” from over 2,000 years ago!
At the end of the activity, we will share an herbal tea together, the recipe of which ties in with the day’s theme.
